- If your registration and payment is received by February 20, 2009, you qualify for the early bird discount of $997 for the first registration and $500 for each additional person
- The regular registration fee for this event is $1497 per person
- If registering 2 or more additional people, add $500 per person to the registration fee
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations. You may send another attendee in your place or apply your registration fee to a future event.
